WBOCI is a non-profit Christian mission, dedicated to the rescue and care of orphans and widows through developing world church planting efforts. How does this work? How do I become a Prayer Guardian?

A Prayer Guardian is a person who simply prays for a specific orphan living in one of the homes cared for by Warm Blankets Orphan Care. The name “Prayer Guardian” is used because, in a sense, you become like a guardian angel for them, through your prayers. Please note that this is not a child sponsorship program and there are no financial strings attached. This is about prayer. If I gave you the name and a picture of just one of the orphans in our care, could you be their prayer guardian? Remember that precious one daily with a couple of short prayers ... will you pray?

How do I become a Prayer Guardian?
All we need is your email address. When you sign up, we will send you the name of a child to pray for, a link to see their picture and also the link to learn more about the area and the church home where they live.
